Ingredients
- 1 ½ flours
- 1 stick of butter
- ½ cup of sweet cream
- 1 Egg to give shine to the mixture at the end
Filling
- 1 whole pineapple, finely chopped
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl place the flour and butter, stir by hand until a sandy mixture is obtained.
Add the sweet cream and combine, store with plastic wrap or paper and chill for approx. 3 hours.
In a saucepan place the pineapple, sugar, water and cinnamon, stir for 1 hour over low heat, let cool.
Make circles with the help of a mold or a glass, depending on the size you want the empanadas, add the pineapple jam in the center, place egg around and seal.
Varnish each empanada.
Bake for 15 minutes at 250.
